Why it matters

Small, steady help prevents bigger crises

Keeping families together

Overwhelmed parents and kinship carers get practical help with routines, meals and appointments, so children's needs are met consistently and pressure doesn't build into crisis.

Protecting independence

Elderly and disabled people stay safe, connected and in control at home, with someone to help with the jobs that have become hard.

Safer children

Return home interviews, mentoring and family group conferences help children who go missing or are at risk of exploitation, and keep more children safely within their family network.
